On the opening day of the 2025 AERO ASIA exhibition, the electric aviation industry achieved a new breakthrough. On November 27, WEFLY, a portfolio company of INCE Capital, along with Guangdong Kelong General Aviation Co., Ltd. (Zhuhai) and Dongguan General Aviation Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Trandda Low-Altitude Technology Co., Ltd. formally established a strategic partnership.

The three parties collectively signed a letter of intent for the purchase of 105 electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft with a maximum takeoff weight of 2.8 tons, marking a highlight of large-scale commercial orders in China's eVTOL sector this year.

This collaboration will pioneer the construction of a multi-scenario three-dimensional logistics network in China's Greater Bay Area, signaling a new phase in the commercialization of Urban Air Mobility (UAM) in China.
WEFLY is a global urban air mobility (UAM) company that designs, develops, manufactures, and operates electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft (eVTOL) with a commitment to serving the future urban air mobility market and revolutionizing the way people live.
