Zhen Xia
Principal
Zhen Xia is an operator turned investor with over 15 years of experience across product management, operations, go-to-market, finance, and marketing in the United States. At INCE Capital, he leads investments in artificial intelligence and embodied AI. His portfolio includes investments in Dyna Robotics and First Intelligence.
Prior to joining INCE Capital, Zhen was at Scale AI, where he led strategic products and programs across computer vision and generative AI business units. Prior to Scale AI, he was a product lead at Amazon and AWS and was an early startup operator at Robinhood (IPO) and YourMechanic (acquired). Earlier in his career, Zhen worked at T. Rowe Price as a fixed income portfolio manager.
Zhen holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSE in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University.
